Choose to live a healthy and fulfilling life. In addition to being free from illness, wellness is a process of change and growth towards a mentally and physically healthy lifestyle. By eliminating refined and processed foods and transitioning to a whole food, plant based, supplement/sugar/oil free lifestyle, you have the ability to not only prevent, but reverse disease and illness.
In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, prevent diseases, and ensure positive moments in your life, you must respect and treat your body as a precious tomb to your organs. We do this by following and promoting a low (animal) protein, low fat, high complex carb, and high fiber diet.
To achieve optimal wellness, one must apply it towards every possible endeavor. Applying wellness in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose. We do not expect everyone to turn vegan overnight, but the most important conclusion for ourselves is: Eat much less meat and dairy products. This is one of the most effective ways to reverse or prevent diabetes and cardiovascular diseases, as well as reduce our personal carbon footprint and negative impact on the environment. Finally, a quote from Albert Einstein (Nobel prize 1921): Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet.
